images you view on our website are unretouched thumbnail versions from the camera
originals. We
always correct brightness and colors before we print your order.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you're unhappy with a print you've
received from us, return it to us within 30 days and we'll either reprint it to your
specifications or give you a full refund. You must pay shipping charges
on any return. Digital JPEG images are not covered by this guarantee. Any JPEG's you purchase cannot be returned for refund.
~ Payment ~ Check & Money Order Payments
Customers paying with a check or money order will receive their prints or JPEG downloads after the payment has been received in the
mail and funds have cleared. Please mail the funds to the address at the bottom of your online invoice. Charge Cards & PayPal We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, ECheck or AMEX through the secure server at PayPal. Your photo prints will be prepared and will ship within 7-10 business days; JPEG downloads are usually approved almost instantly and you
will have access to download the files you have purchased, although in
some cases there may be a 2-8 hour waiting period while our staff
reviews the order.

Is it possible to re-touch the image that I purchase? Yes.
Due to the large amount of pictures that are taken at some of our
events, all processing of images; cropping (ie. zooming in on a
player), brightness, contrast and color balance, are performed at no
charge after the purchase of a print. If you have special requirements
for a specific image, please contact us prior to placing your order.
What is a Lightbox? The Lightbox is a special area where you can save your favorite images from TGrant Photo. All of your favorites images appear on one page. You can return to them at any time. Plus, you can e-mail your Lightbox to your friends so they can enjoy the pictures ! The Lightbox is a special free feature, available when you register with us for free.
How do I schedule a portrait session? We offer complete portrait services in our Lodi studio, plus you can schedule outdoor photo sessions. In addition, we also take senior portraits, wedding photography, family portraiture and more. Please contact us for details.
How do I schedule an activity for you to photograph? We'll
be glad to schedule a photographer to cover activities such as family
events, celebrations and sports activities. For a nominal fee we'll take photos of
your event. Later, you'll be able to view the proofs and select from various print packages. Please drop us a note using the Contact Us tab.
How do I get into a category when it says "enter a password" ? These
are private, password protected areas. Only students, parents, family
& friends associated with the school or event are allowed access to view
and/or purchase these pictures.
What kind of picture quality can I expect? Our original images are usually 8 to 10 megapixels in size, producing
a digital image over 3500 pix wide. This ensures that your prints will
be very crisp. To save space, the sample images displayed on our site
are 500 pixel wide. In the case of event pictures, such as youth baseball, we sometimes shoot over 600 images at an event and post the unretouched camera images online. You can rest assured that when you select an image for purchase it will be individually optimized for the best quality before it's printed.
Do you add photos on a regular basis? Yes. We own an extensive library of digital images and we're constantly adding pictures to the site. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we've posted.
Can I submit photos to sell ? No, we only offer photos taken by TGrant Photo.
Do you offer refunds? Photo prints - Most of the

Digital JPEG images - Due to the
"intangible" nature of digital photographs, once your purchase
is completed and you've download the image file, we can not authorize a
refund. There is no way for us to confirm that you've destroyed the
photograph you downloaded, therefore we do not offer refunds on
digital image files. If you are a graphic artist or designer, you can
request a "comp" to layout your design prior to showing your client.
Comps are delivered at a resolution close to the resolution you intend
to license and have visible watermarks.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the TGrant Photo photos that I purchase? Yes.
While TGrant Photo offers great freedoms and a wide
range of uses, there are some uses that require payment of a
"commercial use" fee and other uses that are strictly prohibited. For a
detailed list of authorized uses and prohibitions visit our Licensing page. You are not allowed to scan, photograph or otherwise reproduce any prints purchased from us.
How soon will I be able to download my JPEG's ? Because of fraud and piracy all of our credit card & PayPal orders are reviewed before they
are approved. Most orders will be approved almost instantly and you
will have access to download the files you have purchased although in
some cases there may be a 2-8 hour waiting period while our staff
reviews the order. In rare cases there may be a 24-48 hour
period while our credit card processor reviews the transaction.
