What to expect at your TGrant Photo Shoot
When you come to your appointment at our studio, please arrive a few minutes early, rested, and dressed in one of the outfits for your shoot. Arriving a few minutes early will lower your stress level and give you a chance to get acclimated before the shoot. You can bring along several extra outfits, depending on the length of your session. Also, bring along any props you’d like to use in your photos..... a letterman’s jacket, trophies, hobby items, music instruments...... anything that defines who you are ! We have a large changing room that features a giant 18 bulb Hollywood style mirror and a 5 ft. wide vanity. There's lots of space so you can adjust your hair and makeup and get ready for your next portion of the shoot! And feel free to bring along a friend.....we want this to be a fun experience! There's a large waiting room for your guest with lots of coffee, pop and snacks !

During your indoor photo shoot we try to create a relaxed atmosphere that'll set you at ease. Your scheduled session is just for you! Plus there's music! We've got lots to select from, or you can bring along your favorite songs on CD. We can also plug your mp3 player into our sound system! We can give you ideas for your poses, or if you've seen a striking image in a magazine photo, bring it along and we'll try to duplicate the pose! Your scheduled indoor shoot can run anywhere from 45 minutes to three hours, depending on the type of session you've selected. Choose the outfits for your session carefully. I'd suggest no tank tops or sleeveless tops, they don't look as flattering in portrait shots. For outdoor shoots textures and patterns work best, no solid white tops please.

For an additional $25, you can have an outdoor location shoot within 5 miles of our studio. There's many nearby scenic locations. We can take you where the real backgrounds are; creeks, colorful backgrounds, railroad scenes, bridges....you can choose the setting that suits your mood and taste. About two weeks following the photo shoot you'll get to see about 30 to 40 proofs from your shoot. You can review the proofs in our studio, or for a $130 deposit you can take the proof book home with you (the $130 can be applied to your order when you return the book). We'll explain the various photo packages and help you find one that will suit your needs. Our packages start at $169 for one 8x10, two 5x7’s, four 4x5’s and 24 wallets ! Other packages have greater savings! If you place an order within 3 weeks of your shoot, you’ll receive either a free 5x7 or 16 wallets !

Please keep in mind this is your photo shoot. I won’t rush through the session in 15 minutes then send you home. If you're willing to dedicate the time for some great shots, then I’ll take the extra time to help you create those dynamic images! Whether it’s studio work, or outside shots, I’ll capture the images that create your special Senior portrait!   That’s a big, big difference over the basic shoots that many other photographers provide.
