Custom designed buttons are created individually, and obviously are not "in-stock". Therefore,  your order will be shipped  7-10 days after payment is received. If you add the Rush Service option, your order usually ships in 2-3 days. Choosing 1-day shipping in the checkout is a delivery option, it will not speed up production of the order.

 

Use of the design: Any images and designs created by TGrant Photo remain the property of TGrant Photo. You are not allowed to reprint or re-use any custom button design in any form without the express permission of TGrant Photo.

 

Within 48 hours of placing your order, based on a phone conversation with you, we will create a sample button design proof. We will email you the proof for approval.  If the initial proof is not acceptable, we will create up to two more revisions at no charge. After the third sample proof, you will be charged for additional sample creations.

 

Returns: Since this is a custom designed item, returns are not accepted.  If you have questions, please contact us before placing this order.
