Ordering and Shipping FAQs

After you place your order and payment is received, we begin processing your order. Unless otherwise noted, most orders ship within 24-48 hrs. When your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing the tracking number.

We only ship to the USA. Orders from other countries will be canceled. We do not accept payments from banks or accounts outside the USA

Shipping charges are based on actual item weight + weight of the container and packing materials + size of the packaged item. Sometimes a handling fee is charged to cover special wrapping & packing procedures.

To see your estimated shipping charges, add the product to your cart, then enter your state and zip code.

Packing: We pack very carefully. You can be sure that your purchase will be well cushioned and protected during it's journey.

Items shipped to another address after original delivery do not qualify for return or refund. An item that has been re-shipped voids any and all warranties.

Orders over $250 require the signature of an adult (18+) when the package is delivered.

Your order ships via the carrier you selected during the checkout process. Items offering "free shipping" are only available for shipment to the lower 48 States.
