New, old stock. Vintage white colored thumb tacks mounted on heavy card stock.SAF-T-HED brand, distributed by Tackanail Co., which we believe was a subsidiary of the American Tack Company, New York, circa 1940's.  Thumb tacks and card are in very good condition.
